A pivotal point in my career was transforming a startup art supply company from a home garage operation into a flourishing business, followed by managing a rehabilitation facility with 113 beds. My strategic vision and operational expertise culminated in designing a care coordination process for a new startup, ultimately leading me to my current role as Chief of Staff at a successful healthcare technology company.
